Welcome to Room 22
About Room 22
Building a strong classroom community is an essential part of our learning environment. We start every morning with a classroom meeting to make all students feel welcome and ready to learn for the day. Each student has something special to bring to our classroom and I want to celebrate all of the diverse cultures in our classroom. Each day we will have math, reading (whole group and small groups), ELD (English Language Development), writing, and alternate Social Studies and Science. Daily homework will usually always be math and reading (reading log). The best way to contact me is through email and I try my best to respond with in 24 hours. Ea |
About Mrs. Kaapcke
Thank you for visiting our classroom website. This is my 2nd year of teaching 4th grade at Lakewood Tech. Previously I was a dance teacher with Starting Arts and was a Starting Arts teacher here at Lakewood. I received both my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from San Jose State University. My family is my rock and very important to me. My husband, Chris, and I have a 4 year old son named Jack. For fun I like to run, swim, and hang out with my family and friends. I like to travel during vacations and explore new places with my husband and son. |
